SolveXia was established in early 2008 by experienced actuaries and senior managers operating in Sydney and London. The founders have previously developed highly successful businesses in the insurance financial modelling industry as well as in the broader banking industry. They have held senior management positions with leading consultancies, insurance companies and banks.  

	SolveXia has been accepted into the Australian government's "Technology Showcase" program - an initiative designed to increase the profile of world leading innovative technology enterprises in Australia. SolveXia was one of the high tech companies featured in Tech23 in 2010 and was a finalist at CeBIT.au 2011 business awards in both the Project Excellence and the Business Advantage categories.

	Les Owen Chairman of SolveXia. Les is the former Group Chief Executive of AXA Asia Pacific and former Chief Executive of AXA Sun Life plc in the UK. Les is currently a non-executive director of Computershare, Football Federation Australia, Discovery Holdings in South Africa and Coverzones in the UK. Les is a qualified actuary with more than 35 years experience in the financial services industry.
	Mark Schneider  MSc Actuary and Computer Science graduate. Founder and CEO of Classic Solutions, the firm that developed the MoSes financial modelling system and is now owned by Towers Watson. 	James Simpson  B Inf Tech Information Technology graduate. Director of Business Applications and Practice Manager of the Microsoft Solution Development Centre in Australia.
