Audit and Control

Provide documentation, audit trail, access control and security

Significantly improve control over your processes

SolveXia’s system allows the customer to allocate the following specific roles to users:

  • Process Designer – creates and modifies processes
  • End User – selects inputs, runs processes, views outputs and checks results
  • Administrator – allocates access and user rights

Audit trail of every change to your processes, data and documents

Every change to a process is logged in an audit trail and readily available to authorised parties such as supervisors and auditors. In addition, changes to any underlying data as a consequence of the automated process or due to action by the user, are automatically documented thus providing complete version control. Users or auditors can refer back to multiple check points in a process for verification of data before and after a change and this detailed information can be used to make necessary alterations to the process.

Enhance security

The data is stored in secure databases in a secure facility with all data transfers to the servers being compressed and encrypted. The data for each client is stored in a separate database.

Host and run selected third party systems

In addition to step types that enable data manipulation and reporting, we host and run multiple third party analytic engines within a full end-to-end offering. Typically, these third party tools are desktop applications operated under the control of the user and with limited, if any, enterprise-level audit or control functionality or scalability.

By wrapping third party applications we provide a common, secure and scalable solution without the need to purchase an expensive replacement. Actuarial projection systems are the initial third party tools that SolveXia is wrapping. Wrappers for other applications are soon to be developed with the order of development being determined by client demand.

Import data from any source and in any form

Create a common interface, share data and create a common reporting method for multiple analytic tools. After learning to use only one system and with appropriate authorisation, it is possible to run all of the tasks associated with the tools and engines linked to SolveXia’s software.
