Mitigate RiskSubstantially reduce error rates and operational risks
The automation of existing manual data processing and reporting tasks substantially reduces error rates and operational risk. Instead of building customised systems or using complex Excel macros, our Process Automator makes it quick and easy to implement and manage a workflow that captures the steps in a process. Automated workflows can be repeated as frequently as you wish. No programming or macro skills are required and all changes to the process are logged. Eliminate key person dependency
More often than not, repetitive, manual tasks are performed by one or two people within an organisation. The work is tedious and the steps involved in performing the tasks are not often documented. As a consequence, companies become unnecessarily dependent on these individuals who can easily become unmotivated by the repetitive nature of the task. Automation makes it possible to raise the value of staff by transforming manual operators of a process into overseers of a process and affords them the time to become involved in more meaningful and beneficial work. Power with EaseNo installation or hardware required
SolveXia’s Process Automator is provided on a Software-as-a-Service basis for a monthly fee. It is accessed through a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox. All you need is a PC to run the browser. All data and processes are stored on our secure servers. The system utilises Microsoft’s Silverlight technology from within the browser. This makes the system as responsive as software installed on a company server or even on the user’s local disk. No installation is required and initial setup typically takes no more than a few minutes. Benefit from cost-effective access to vast resources
The SolveXia system provides access to virtually limitless, cost-effective data storage. This is housed in a highly secure data centre and is backed up on a regular basis. In addition, users who require vast computing capacity for intensive calculations can make use of our readily available cloud-based resources. Users only pay for the volume of computing power that is used over the duration of its use. This obviates the need to own large numbers of in-house computers for processes that require power on a discontinuous basis (e.g. once a week or once a month). Create transparent and adaptable processes
An automated process is usually set up by Process Designers who understand the workload that is being automated. The task is easily accomplished by utilising the wide range of step types incorporated into the software. SolveXia often works closely with companies when they are setting up their first automated process to provide guidance and training. SolveXia is constantly adding to the set of available step types and works with its clients to develop new generic step types as required. |
