Coping values from IFERROR() formulas generates #NAME? error

In SolveXia platform, when using an action step to copy values from source range of an excel file that has IFERROR() formulas, it generates #NAME? error into the target excel file.

Why does this happen?

One of our underlying technologies has a limitation to extract the values from cells that contain IFERROR() formulas. Consequently, file instruction copies values as #NAME? error.

How to fix this

IF(ISERROR(value),value_if_true, value_if_false) is an alternative formula in MS Excel that produces same result, and it is compatible with SolveXia platform. Below is an example that shows using IFERROR() and IF(ISERROR()) formula produce the same result.
