Introducing our new Subscriber View interface
Subscriber View has always been available to users who want to run their processes without being concerned about the detail behind the scenes (e.g. steps and instructions). Our new Subscriber View builds on that principle and has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to run your processes.
What has changed?
It is important to point out that this update is primarily an enhancement of the look and feel of SolveXia.
You will still access SolveXia the same way as you did before, using your current login credentials.
Searching for processes:
As soon as you log in, you will notice a new, cleaner and more simplified interface – starting with the ability to filter and search for your process:
Within the process itself, the most noticeable change will be that inputs are now grouped into specific steps (called data steps). These are used to group inputs together so that they appear in logical order and so that they are easier to interpret and understand:
If you are unsure or confused about the steps that your inputs are appearing in, please talk to the person responsible for designing your process or contact us via email@example.com.
A new experience when running your process:
Another key change is the progress bar that appears when you run your process:
Each cell in the chart above represents a step in the process being run. The colour of each step indicates its status where green means that the step completed successfully and blue indicates that the step is running. You can hover over each step to see its name and details.
