Objective : This course provides an understanding of how to use SolveXia to construct and run automated processes and aims to cover the majority of scenarios and tasks that an automated business process may encounter.

Outcome : At the end of this course, participants will be able to build and run automated processes using the SolveXia service.

Content : The course is made up of two sessions spread over four days:

Session 1: Getting Started Core Concepts and Skills (4 hours)

Session 2: Automating your first process (12 hours):
The purpose of this session is to step through the journey of understanding, designing and automating a process in SolveXia using a case study of a fictitious process. In this sessions we cover two main areas:

1- Things to understand before automating (4 hours):

      • Why do we want to automate a process?
      • Understanding the manual process
      • Designing the automated process
      • Useful tips and tricks when designing

2- Constructing the process (8 hours):

      • Enhancing your files to get the most out of automation
      • Using action steps to:
      • Combine data
      • Convert & Map data
      • Calculate data
      • Present and Communicate Results

      • Directing workflow
      • Tips and tricks
