Process Building Workshop
Objective: This is a collaborative workshop where a client process is automated with both client and SolveXia personnel working together. This not only “gets the job done” but also serves to transfer skills.
Outcome: At the end of the session, participants will work directly with our consultants to scope, plan, design, configure and verify their automated process.
Requirements: Participants must complete the “Foundation Process Automation” course prior to engaging in a workshop.
Content: This is delivered in “blocks” of 1 week of on-site consulting. Small processes can be completed in a week, larger and more complex processes may take 2-4 weeks. Speak with your SolveXia representative to help identify and find the right workshop for you.
The road to engaging in a workshop will be as follows:
Session 1: Initial session with stakeholders (2 – 4 hours)
- Identify the process to be automated and determine a high-level understanding of the effort required.
Session 2: Decide on the “goal” of the workshops, being:
- Transfer of skills – We get you “up and running” with your project, then you take over; or
- Delivery of the automation project – We work with your staff to deliver the end-to-end project.
Session 3: Agree on the number of “blocks” of onsite consulting required
Session 4: SolveXia and Client personal engage in workshops to achieve the specified goal
